The FBI has made a probable cause arrest of Bobby A. Garcia, 29, of Santa Fe, on a federal charge of bank robbery. Garcia is accused of robbing Well Fargo, 770 St. Michael's Drive, in Santa Fe on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The FBI was assisted by the New Mexico State Police, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office, and Santa Fe Police Department. Garcia is expected to make an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in at a date yet to be scheduled. No further information will be released until then. The public is reminded that all suspects are presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
